Most SoundForce MIDI controllers are one-way MIDI controllers, which means that they can send MIDI information to specific software and control their parameters. However, the controller interface cannot be updated by the software as software instruments are (in most cases) not sending MIDI out.

Warranty:
Assembled products are delivered with a warranty of 1 year. Warranty covers technical and physical failures. The warranty does not cover damage caused by intentional or unintentional misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, use under abnormal conditions and damage from wear and tear. If a product has to be serviced by SoundForce for issues covered by the warranty, the shipping costs are shared by the customer and SoundForce.

That being said, if your SoundForce product has a defect anytime, please get in touch with me. We will find a reasonable way to fix it even if that occurs years after your purchase. I want those machines to be used for music making and not to gather dust in a closet or worse.

For products sold as kits, it is your responsibility to get your kit to work using the information made at your disposal in the guide. Before buying a kit, make sure that you have all the skills required to assemble it and troubleshoot an assembly error.

SoundForce is not responsible for anything wrong (including damaging the PCB or parts, electric shocks, malfunctions, fires, accidents involving a soldering iron) that might happen during the assembly of the kit. Everything you do while assembling the kit is at your own risks. Spare parts can be shipped to customers at their own costs. Assembly and repair services can be offered to customers having problems assembling their kits.
