SFC-Mini V3

The SoundForce SFC-Mini is a boutique class-compliant USB MIDI controller in the style of the MiniMoog. It’s an easy to use device for Minimoog plugin emulations, just map it using your synth plugin interface and you are ready to go. As of firmware version 1.1, a total of 9 Minimoog emulations have been tested and mapped to the SFC-Mini sucessfully. For some, the interface behaviour needed to be fine tuned so the SFC-Mini hardware fits the plugins as well as possible. You change the plugin mode using the control panel web app, see manual on the support page for more information.

History
This third version is a 2021 update to the original design of 2015! It has been refreshed to fit the rest of the SoundForce MIDI controllers product line. The controller is assembled with the greatest care in The Netherlands with parts from Europe and Asia. The enclosure is made of 100% sheet metal and is manufactured by Grawart (http://www.grawart.pl). The case is made of bent steel and powder coated in black. The front panel is aluminum, also powder coated and screen printed with scratch-proof white ink. Hardwood side panels of 8mm thickness are fitted to both sides of the controller.

Features
The unit only has 1 USB type B port (printer style) at the back and is USB-powered. The interface is true to the original Minimoog front panel with added OSC2 CTRL, UNISON and POLY switches that are mostly specific to the Arturia emulation. The Shift button unlocks an alternative CC message for each rotary pot. The Control Panel Chrome web app allows the user to redefine the CCs for each switch and rotary pot.
